The ski resort of Pyšná is situated near Chomutov. Its altitude is 745 m above the sea and therefore it provides good skiing conditions. The ski slopes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced skiers.

Ski resort Klínovec

The ski resort in Klínovec is the biggest ski resort of the Krušné Hory Mountains with the transport capacity of 8,050 persons an hour. The resort offers 12 km of downhill runs with various degrees of difficulties and its total area is 35 hectares. 80% of the ski slopes can be covered by artificial snow. In 2011, the resort was modernised and several ski lifts were replaced by a 4-seat chair lift with protective covers. Also the downhill runs were extended and enlarged.



The ski slope in Brandov is about 450 m long and there is one ski lift. Its profile is suitable for beginners and families with children. It is open during weekends but it is possible to open it during week days when you call beforehand and you are a bigger group. Parking is free; there is also a snack-bar.

Sport resort Klíny

Sportareál Klíny

The sport resort of Klíny is situated in the Most part of the Krušné hory Mountains, near Litvínov and the German border at an altitude of 720 m above the sea. The resort offers both winter and summer activities. Klíny offers 3 ski lifts and a snowtubing lift. The total transport capacity of the resort is 2,600 persons an hour. The visitors can take advantage of a buffet, ski bar, two car parks for 400 cars each, the hotel Emeran with restaurant, chalet Chata Emeran II., ski school, ski rental/service, snow park and snowtubing. There is also a Mountain Rescue station located here.
