In the pleasant natural environment under Ressl hill in Most there is an open air pool with a swimming pool, paddling pool, water attraction pool with toboggan, slide, wild river and a vibrating bench. In the area there is also mini-golf, tennis courts and fields for pétanque and beach volleyball. Chess lovers can play chess on a giant chessboard. The local restaurant with a summer terrace provides refreshments.

At the southeast edge of the town of Most there is a recreational and sports area called Benedikt. It was an originally flooded opencast mine and was for many years used as a popular open air pool and between the years of 2001 - 2002 it was reconstructed to its current shape. The pool was divided into two pools and on their banks many sports fields and playgrounds with slides and sand-pits were built. The larger pond with a sandy beach and is being used mainly for bathing and in the summer months you can enjoy the water attractions; the smaller pond is for fishermen.

Vodní nádrž Vrbenský (Matylda)

A former opencast mine, Vrbenský (more known as Matylda), is currently used for recreation and active recreation. Its area is almost 40 hectares and its average depth is 3 - 4 m. The popularity of the pond is continuously growing among the residents and non-residents. Therefore it is being constantly developed. The eastern part of the oblong lake is designed for swimming and in summer months there are water attractions installed. Beginning in the summer season of 2012, visitors can enjoy new grass beaches and modified accesses to water.

The summer open air pool, Na Kyselce in Bílina, offers its visitors a 60 m swimming pool with a diving tower of 3 m and 5 m, a toboggan, a paddling pool, volleyball and beach volleyball courts, a futnet ground, a sandpit and a grassy relaxing surface. While you sunbathe you can admire the view of Bořeň hill where you can go on a nature trail with 12 signs located along the way informing you on its geological development, flora and fauna.

The swimming hall in Bílina offers its visitors a covered 25 m swimming pool with a diving tower and five swimming lanes. There is also a sauna and a steam room. During the summer there is a big open air pool (25 x 12,5 m) with a springboard and a children´s pool (15x15 m) with a slide.

The open air pool in Duchcov is situated on the northwest edge of the town at the exit towards Osek. You can swim in a 50 m swimming pool with clean water and then to relax on the grassy surface around the pool while sunbathing. In the area there is also a paddling pool, buffet, sanitary facilities, tennis courts and table-tennis tables. It is possible to rent sports equipment here as well. The car park is just in front of the area.

The man-made lake, Barbora, is located in the village of Oldřichov. It is a recreational complex with the possibility of spending your free time there, bathing and other sports activities. This lake originated in the 1970s by the flooding of the opencast Barbora mine from underground water. The lake is 65 hectares in total area and up to 65 m deep. Barbora is visited by many people due to its clear and clean water in a wonderful area with a view of the Krušné hory Mountains.

The swimming and recreational area in Teplice offers a 25 m long swimming pool with a toboggan and thermal water. Children can enjoy a paddling pool with a slide. To relax you body and spirit we recommend you try the sauna with the outdoor cool pool, outdoor sauna and steam bath. In the area there is also a restaurant with a wet bar, fitness centre, solarium, infra-cabin, a squash court and mini-golf.

At one time, independent spa houses with various owners, located on both sides of town walls, were in modern history connected and one large spa complex, named after one of the most important guests. The spa complex, Beethoven, now includes historic buildings of the Teplice spa, new buildings of spa services and the opposite line of historic burgess houses which are used for accommodating spa guests.
